Tile For The Kitchen...........Finally!

Well............hello there!  Sorry for the inconsistency of posts.  I've been shopping for tile!  I must really be picky or indecisive.  Not sure which.  

Finally, after several trips to several different stores I finally decided on a tile for our kitchen counter tops.  We ended up buying it at Lowe's, of all places.  I'm almost ashamed to admit that I visited Lowe's FOUR times!!  We had even visited a couple of stores that only deal in tile and I still couldn't find what I was looking for.  Well, actually I did at one, but it was double the cost per square foot and I was not willing to pay for it.  After all I had a budget and I was sticking to it.  Here's a sneak peek.

 

It's white with gray in it.  Sort of looks like marble.  The gray is not as dark as the photo is showing.  Crappy lighting!

Unfortunately, the hubs had to do some work for his day job from home this past weekend so we weren't able do any tiling.  However, we do plan to dive right in this upcoming weekend full steam ahead to get 'er done!
