For someone who doesn't decorate much for Valentine's I sure am doing a lot of V-Day crafts. I just can't stop myself especially since everything is so cheap inexpensive.
This took me like 2 minutes.
First, go to your nearest Dollar store and pick up a 5x7 frame and a pretty Valentine card. 
Now comes the hard part. Put the card in the frame.
And because this idea is just that good I'm going to share:
